At First Bauble Co, every bauble is personalised and made to order. Please allow time for your keepsake to be created before it is dispatched.

Production time

Please allow up to 120 hours (5 days) for your personalised bauble to be produced.

UK delivery

Once production is complete, UK delivery typically takes a further 2–3 days.

We therefore recommend allowing up to 7–8 days in total from placing your order to receiving it.

Delivery cost

We offer free UK delivery on all orders.

Christmas orders

Christmas is our busiest period, so we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible. Any Christmas order cut-off dates displayed on our website are based on expected production and delivery times and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a particular date.

Delivery delays

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may cause delays after an order has been dispatched. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us with your order number and we will assist where possible.
